Owner of fewer possessions that isn't limited to all things that serves a purpose. Additional materialistic items should not clutter the household and can be easily stored away leaving you with the physical and mental clarity.

For the sake of my mental health, going with the sminimalistic lifestyle will allow me to keep a sentimental t-shirt that doesn't fit me anymore.
