Bitcoin Pushers usually start promoting the financial instrument once it has gain popularity due to its value being pumped, rather than early on based on the actual legitimacy, sustainability or usefulness of said financial instruments. While anyone can be considered a 'Bitcoin Pusher', it is usually used to refer to internet celebrities that are not primarily associated with finance.
