A person who u might also call the stupidest one of all.. he always acts dumb and thinks he is smart, even though he isnt.. everyone hate him but also feels sympathy for him so adds him with the group of friends or relatives.. if you find an utcow around make sure to run as fast as possible away from him.. he's poisonous
