This is a non human name. Can be a gender neutral name too. Characters named Xuil are very mean and bitchy. But they do like blasting music at 3 in the morning, especially rock music. A Xuil could and will have all guitars known to mankind. It's clear that a Xuil is probably a bad person but they could care less about your opinion for that matter.
