Dig Head
Semi polite way of calling someone a dickhead when really they are obsessed with them and are in awe of their artistic talents and creativity. When really they themselves are the dickheads and have no idea about how to produce Images of beauty or even mediocrity come to think of it. The politeness of the word should be taken as a compliment and not an insult.
You are sick in the head and need to go to hospital for treatment, I am concerned that you are a dig head

Means stop being a pain. Get in line.
