Dilruk
Verb- to attempt to tell a story or make a point but instead ramble excessively with circuitous side stories and boring lengthy tangents that never get to the point and thus losing and boring the audience. It is the opposite of succinct, clear, entertaining and focused.
When we asked our tour guide why there was a statue of Buddha here, he dilruked by going back to Buddha’s first out of 550 life born stories. After a 15 minute dissertation, we never figured out why the statue was there. We were dilruked!
