Dioulamerika is an uncommon internet jargon (word used on social media) for the Dioula community in Côte d'Ivoire. This expression was created from a Dioula America fusion (dioula + merika) by some young people from Abidjan (Mutant Nation or TRL Records) who live in luxury, so they have a lot of money, designer clothes, booty or girls, ice boxes, gold chains, foreign cars like the American people. Basically, this whole story was to highlight all those they owned and how they lived, to show the whole world that they are Dioula but that they have a lifestyle similar to the Americans; and that includes how almost everyone can't finish a sentence without saying an American English word (especially American slangs, tones, and accent) and the way they dress. This expression was coined in 2017 and appeared on social media in mid-2020. Anyone born in the Dioula family with a hard drip is called a DIOULAMERIKAN.
