Alcova Heights
A neighborhood in Arlington, VA with 1,903 residents in 2010. Mixed demographics, with working to middle class Hispanics (Salvadorans and Bolivians) and wealthy Whites living side by side. Low-poverty and low-crime, initially built in the 1940s to house workers during World War II. It is an entirely residential neighborhood, with no notable businesses in its boundaries. Borders route 50 and North Arlington to the north, and Columbia Pike to the south. It includes a National Guard Base and some sort of park.
