One who is blind to anything other than their personal quest for sovereignty, appeasing those in power, or flag waving, whilst knowingly and arrogantly ignoring or undermining issues that inflict untold damage or to their country, by claiming these issues are not patriotic.

He's a plastic patriot for ignoring foreign influence in the vote.
