A yediot is someone who is part idiot, and part yeti. This comes with various side effects, including: eerily green eyes, fully blackened eyes(this includes the iris, and Sclera), full darkening of skin, as well as the overgrowth of feet.
That person is quite the yediot. Jim is such a yediot.
