بضان

بضان, The word originally means "Testicles" or "Man's balls" in Egyptian slang. Egyptians use it to refer to or describe something or someone that they don't like, an action that is triggering or when someone blue-balls you, a joke that is not funny so it's بضان, something that is over-rated or cringe or to just insult someone
Also, there was actually an Egyptian meme featuring "Wael Ghonim" about doing something triggering or بضان intentionally
"Why? Because i'm بضان"

بضان is someone that always acts as a parasite and piss you off who doesn't have any importance.
